Every plan has a weekly cost budget that resets on a 7-day rolling window, plus a smaller 6-hour session budget. Free runs out the fastest. Basic and Pro have much higher caps. If you keep bumping the Basic ceiling, upgrade to Pro for the highest budget.

No. Locked-down browsers are stand-alone applications that disable Chrome extensions entirely, so Lensia never loads there. Those environments are usually locked down on purpose — Lensia is built for open, everyday use: reading documents, working through problems, and looking things up as you go.

It depends on the policy where you're using it. Some schools, employers, and platforms restrict outside tools during exams, timed assessments, or monitored work. Lensia doesn't know or enforce those rules for you — check the relevant policy before using any AI tool in a restricted context.
